iF product design award 2013

What is good design? A question the international jury of the iF product design award has to answer every year. The jury members were certainly in agreement when it came to two LEICHT products which have now been presented with the iF design award 2013. A total of 3011 articles were submitted for the iF product design award of which 981 were given the iF label.

And these are the award winners from LEICHT:

LEICHT Xtend illuminated shelving system
A dainty shelving system with individually illuminated, removable shelves. Current is carried in the vertical aluminium supports. Xtend can either be fixed to the wall or used as a free-standing room divider.

LEICHT Q-Box/Q-Vario interior arrangement
A well-though-out organisation system for drawers and pullouts made of solid oak with consistently shaped, hard-elastic inserts which have a cushioning and slip-resistant effect and can be removed for cleaning purposes.

Naturally, the award-winning products will be on show at the LEICHT trade fair stand (Hall 4.2, stand no.: A-028/B-029) at the LivingKitchen fair in Cologne from 14 to 20 January 2013.
